Located at 126 Franklin Street, we’re closest to the Greenpoint Ave stop on the G. From the corner of Greenpoint and Manhattan, walk towards Milton Street (in the direction of the really big church). Make a right on Milton. After one block, you’ll be at the corner of Milton and Franklin, and right next to us.
You can also walk to WORD from the L, if the weather is cooperative. From the Bedford Ave stop, walk up Bedford towards North 8th. You’ll walk by McCarren Park. When Bedford runs into Manhattan Ave, make a left. Try to avoid being distracted by Peter Pan Donuts (on the lefthand side of the street between Norman and Meserole). At Milton, make a left, and we’ll see you in one block.
Other information that might help you get to WORD: we’re closest to the McGuinness Blvd exit on the BQE, and you can get within a few blocks of us on the B62, B43, B48, and B24.
